Submit a ZIP file containing one or more MODS XML records. Individual MODS records in the ZIP file should have the druid as the filename (prefixing the druid with "druid:" or "druid_" is acceptable).
Transforms MODS XML records into a replayable spreadsheet based on the current modsulator template mapping.
Note that data in the source records that is not included in the template may be lost in the transformation. The results page will report possible data loss.
